Town Office Proposed Bond Details
  • The bond term could be 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30 years. This will be determined by the Selectboard with public input welcomed. See rates, terms, payment amounts, and total interest in the chart below:
  • Date of the 1st principal payment for this bond would be 11/01/2028
  • The Fire/Rescue building’s final bond payment will be 11/01/2027
  • The principal amount borrowed would not exceed $2.875 Million
